1. 15-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging with all tags/accessories
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect
  • Custom or personalized items

4. Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 15 days of delivery.
